Being passionate off-road riders and enthusiasts ourselves, we can sense the excitement and eagerness to receive your favorite parts or accessories package! You need not keep wondering about how long it will be until you can go out and ride with your brand new favorite stuff you just bought from Eskape! The schedule below will give you a fair idea of the average number of days it takes to deliver a product to your doorstep and when to contact our support team if the need arise.

 

  • Every order at Eskape will take 1-3 business days to process before shipping the package, depending on the volume of orders received during that particular period.
  • Once the order is processed, depending on where you are located in Canada you should receive your order between 1 to 6 business days.
  • We ship during business days, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you receive the “Your order has been shipped!” email.
  • Eskape is a global company and we work with our production and shipping partners across the world to get your orders at your doorstep. Although, a vast majority of our customers will get their orders as per the timelines listed above, some of our specialty products will be manufactured or prepared as per the order and hence it may take an additional processing time of 5 to 10 business days before we can ship it out.

So when should you contact Eskape?

If your order is not delivered as per the above-mentioned delivery times, you can contact us via chat or phone at 450-593-1213 and we will assist you to the best of our capabilities. Well, if your order hasn’t arrived as expected, it’s probably still on its way (and it’s worth the wait).
