BMFabrications Polaris Snowmobile Pro-Ride EXO Front Bumper

Description:

This is our EXO front bumper for the Pro Ride. Built off the same proven design as our previous pro bumper. If you have broken the factory mounting tabs off your over structure, you're in luck! By bolting the bumper to the over structure itself, we eliminated the need for the factory tabs. The rear bumper mounts have been beefed up this year. We also eliminated the front centre bumper mount. We have seen that this mount will only increase damage to the sledge, (mainly the pipe) when involved in a front end hit. By getting rid of that amount, we've increased the crush zone of the bumper to cut down on pipe damages from minor impacts. We sucked the lower tubes that tie directly into the bulkhead even closer to the plastics for a much more refined and sleek look as well as less intrusive.

Built from 1" OD 1/8" Wall 6061 T4 USA made tubing.

Hand-assembled and TIG welded right here in America!

NO trimming of the plastics is required to mount this bumper, just two holes in the bottom of the bulkhead and a drilling template and hardware are included.

Works with Polaris style skid plates.
