Hoosier all began back in the early 1950s when Bob Newton, along with his supportive wife Joyce, began a successful racing career on the small asphalt tracks of northern Indiana. It was during these early days that Bob had the vision to produce his own tires specifically designed for racing. So in 1957 Bob and Joyce created Hoosier tires.
Hoosier Racing Tyre’s new lineup of off-road tires is developed for top-tier performance. This new lineup will be continuously growing.

ST1 is optimal as a rear tire for sand tracks and muddy racing conditions. The ST1 has a unique tread pattern that will allow the tire to be used in sandy and muddy conditions but also will still perform in intermediate conditions. This tire helps get the holeshot but will still perform at a high level in multiple conditions. The optimal air pressure range is 13-14 psi.
