Description

Iron Baltic aluminium skid plate kits are made from marine-grade aluminium, which is the hardest aluminium that can still be mechanically processed. The aluminium is shaped using CNC cutting, the sides are then CNC bent, and the corners of the bent sides TIG welded. The outcome is a structurally rigid skid plate that is strong and durable even in extreme conditions. Iron Baltic skid plate kits come complete with arm guards and full mounting hardware required for installation.

Features:

• Protects the whole bottom and front part of the chassis and front & rear A-arms.

• Designed and constructed for the best possible protection and to keep the maximum ground clearance, the skid plate follows the frame/body shape best possible way, achieved by a total of 54 bends (with computer-controlled angles) and a total of 300 cm long high-quality TIG welding seams.

• Additional, welded front part reinforcement plate.

• Holes for easier washing and mud draining. Holes on the footwell/footrest area follow the pattern of the oem plastic.

• Holes for oil changing.

• Holes for IB Mid-mount adapter.

• Fastening bolts and special protective sunk washers ensure repeated assembly when needed, making the servicing of the machine easier and faster.
