With SuperATV’s GDP 6” Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Ranger 1000, you can choose between a 30% and 45% gear reduction. You can also choose between cast and billet aluminum housings. You get the exact ride style you want with a 6” lift and a built-in gear reduction that makes everything perform better.

The Strongest Portal Backing Plates You Can Get
How do we make our portal backing plates the strongest you can get? We use an advanced steel alloy and make them 5/16” thick. Pound for pound they’re stronger than chromoly, plus they’re hand-welded and gusseted to make sure they’ve got the uncompromising strength you need.

Advanced Gaskets and Seals
Whether you go with cast or billet, both housings use:

  • Advanced Thermo-Tork® gaskets with excellent oil resistance and a lower deterioration rate than Kevlar gaskets

  • A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal

  • 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks

Bearings That Rock
The smallest details can make the difference between a portal kit that rocks and a portal kit that sucks. That’s why even our bearings are upgraded. We use a double-angular contact bearing to stabilize our output shaft because it can take hit after hit without wearing prematurely. Our idler bearings see huge internal torque loads so we make them beefier with roller bearings. Altogether, you're getting a box that has uncompromising strength inside and out.

Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors
Our precision-ground, stainless steel slotted rotors are designed to stay cool and give you the braking power you need, when you need it. And our universal hubs are just another feature we threw in to make your life easier! They come with 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns and lugs—in other words, you’re able to run just about any side-by-side wheels in the world. We also invented the tapered output shaft that our hubs attach to. It gives you a more secure lock that won’t wobble or wear over time.
