Our all-new design for the Sherco lineup provides superior strength in all conditions. We have taken feedback from the world's best hard enduro riders needing additional side support for the Sherco radiators. The Sherco radiators are more exposed than other brands due to the location of the mounting position as well as lack of protection from the shrouds. Our latest design features built up material on the backside of the grills creating an upper and lower "I-beam" section to help prevent twisting. These guards now feature a bolt on side bracket that is machined from solid Billet 6061 Aluminum to protect the exposed lower sides of the radiators, while not making the shrouds any wider than the stock setup. A tighter fit, higher side and lower impact strength, as well as a beefier guard will protect your bike from anything you can throw at it.

Bullet Proof Designs Radiator guards are tried and tested by some of the top riders in Enduros, Hare Scrambles and Desert Races all over the world. Our new lightweight design does not adversely affect cooling or restrict air flow. These guards mount to the frame providing top-tier frontal and side impact protection without interfering with fan kits. Our guards are compatible with fan kits and oversized fuel tanks up to 3.5 gallons.

Please note these will not fit the 125 2 stroke Factory models from 2018-2021, these will work on 2022+ 125 Factory models. You will need to purchase the 125 guards here:
