TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS

The Stark VARG’s motor has the highest power-to-weight ratio of any production motocross bike. Our European-designed and -manufactured carbon fiber sleeve motor produces 80 horsepower and 9 horsepower per kilogram at 360 nominal voltage. The counter shaft and rear wheel both receive astounding torque from it of 938 Nm and 275 Nm, respectively. It benefits from a water-cooled aluminum casing that functions as a structural component of the chassis and is designed and optimized to use more than 95 percent efficiency over the majority of the power range. In order to reduce mass and make the cooling process simpler, the inverter is also integrated into the motor case.

Features:
– Stark Future introduced the smallest inverter in the world for power ranges of 50 to 100 kW using patent-pending technology.
– A water-cooled motor case that is integrated into the structural frame to reduce weight and volume.
– Powerful processors that can run algorithms reliably and safely.
– A peak power increase of 30% over a 450cc. Rear wheel torque is 938 Nm with 80 hp.
– The highest power-to-weight ratio available for motorcycles.
– The motor only weighs 9kg.

Depending on rider skill and track conditions, the Stark VARG 6kWh battery pack enables you to complete a full MXGP heat or up to 6 hours of easy trail riding. While a complete recharge can take anywhere from one to two hours, depending on the charger and the outlet. The cutting-edge “flying V” concept connects every cell to the case directly to achieve efficient cooling and a unique power-to-weight ratio in the motocross world. This is made possible by the use of a patent-pending lightweight honeycomb magnesium case.

Features:
– A magnesium case that is air-cooled.
– A honeycomb structure that is pending patent.
– Cell phone holders with slick fingers.
– Pressure relief system with a pending patent. It is now waterproof to IP69K standards.
– Flying V configuration for a highly optimized center of gravity and extremely agile handling.
– Depending on the track’s conditions and the rider’s skill level, the range is comparable to a full tank of gas on a 450cc motorcycle. It can support an entire MXGP heat or more than six hours of trail riding.
– Depending on the charger and the outlet, a full recharge takes between 1 and 2 hours.

We thoroughly examined and tested the top-performing motocross bikes when developing ours. We were able to design a chassis using a methodology that offers the right amount of vertical, lateral, and torsional flex to enable a predictable, stable, and comfortable ride. The low, optimized center of gravity of the Stark VARG is situated very close to the lower leg position of the rider. The actual weight will feel much lighter because of the closer center of gravity.

A feeling of lightness and agility is sensed thanks to the optimized weight distribution. The team was able to create an ultralight tubular chromoly steel structure with the help of Tony Foale, a renowned motorcycle designer, and by referring to the ideas and expertise of our engineers and designers. The Stark VARG has the lightest motocross frame in the world – less than 6 kg on the scales – while still retaining the best flex and strength characteristics. The lightest motocross frame in the world is found in the Stark VARG.

Features:
– The aluminum subframe uses forged connections and straight tubular pipes for the best weight, strength, and resistance balance.
– Forged and machined lift handles that are integrated into the design reinforce the structure and offer a very cozy and useful handle for lifting and positioning the bike.
– In comparison to rivals, the swingarm’s mid-mount linkage bracket allows for an increase in ground clearance of 60mm.
– In comparison to rival products, the swingarm weighs less, thanks to advanced aluminum manufacturing.
– A front subframe made of carbon fiber that houses the seat unit and front spoiler assembly, streamlining ergonomics and reducing flex. The battery, motor, and radiator are all located under the seat and act as a funnel to direct airflow to them.
– Triple clamps of 7075 T6 forged and CNC-machined aluminum have excellent weight-to-strength ratios and improved flex properties.

The Stark VARG’s suspension was created with 310mm of travel in both the front forks and the rear suspension thanks to a collaboration with Kayaba and Technical Touch. In addition to increasing traction, the linkage progression curve is optimized for stability and comfort. You can choose the suspension that best suits your weight and riding style, and we will deliver a bike that is best suited for both. There are 7 different stock settings for riders within a 5 kg weight range. The recommended suspension setting for your weight makes the assumption that you are a typical rider on a motocross track. Choose a step higher if you ride incredibly quickly. We suggest selecting the step lower if you ride Enduro or Offroad. A remarkable 60mm more ground clearance is provided to the rider by the unique linkage mount on the VARG.

Features:
– Front forks with an AOS damping system from KAYABA and Technical Touch, closed cartridge, 310mm of travel.
– Lightweight Kashima-coated outer tubes and niCr-coated inner tubes for reduced friction and maximum wear resistance.
– The 16mm NiCr coated rod in the 50mm rear shock for the same low-friction effectiveness and high durability.
– The linkage progression curve is designed to increase traction while improving comfort and stability.
– Three-way adjustable with low compression and rebound system. 310mm of suspension travel in the back as well for a balanced feel.

The Stark VARG’s ergonomics can be honed to perfection by bidding farewell to elements like the front radiator and exhaust. We have created and engineered the bodywork to give you the best handling and control, allowing you to ride farther and more comfortably. “Performance, human art” is how we define our design language. The honest design with observably optimized engineering is what is meant by the performance aspect.

In order to define “muscle, tension, and flow,” human art aspires to produce a naturally occurring, organic muscular shape. We wanted the VARG to be both quick and attractive. “Performance, human art” is how to design language is described.

– Removing the front radiators and exhaust.
– Optimized ergonomics that have been meticulously honed.
– Better control and handling allow for longer rides with less effort.
– A hexagonal pattern inside the bodywork, which saves 15% of the weight.
– Quickly remove bodywork—five bolts in under a minute—for a thorough clean.
– The 24-karat gold “Stark Future” logo on the top section of the carbon fiber represents the company’s full-circle philosophy and our desire to overtake all competitors.

Front and rear brake discs from renowned brake maker Galfer are 260mm and 220mm in size, and a Brembo hydraulic system applies pressure to them.

The RK MXU UW-ring Gold 520 chain has the highest tensile strength available on the market, is extremely strong, narrow, and light. An option that is frequently used by teams competing in the MXGP and FIM Hard Enduro championships. The Moto3TM division of the MotoGPTM uses the same sealing solution; the construction allows for 5% less friction in comparison to a non-ring chain, resulting in a longer range and better performance. Rubber rings that have been optimized eliminate friction on the plate and lower chain vibration.

The rear sprocket has the highest wear resistance in the product line thanks to its machining of German 7075 T6 aluminum. For a similar lifespan, the front sprocket is forged from hardened steel.

Featuring soft compound rubber grips, the handlebar is made of 7075 T6 aluminum and measures 28 mm in diameter.

The cost of the motorcycle includes the Stark VARG charger. A plug that fits in your standard power outlet is included when it is delivered. We include an adapter for a few markets. It provides 3.3 kW of power and can fully charge the bike’s battery in under 2 hours.

Two incredible features are present in the swing arm and rear axle of the Stark VARG. The first is a sophisticated chain adjuster for precise and accurate chain adjustment. Every time the swingarm rotates 90 degrees, a click can be heard. Using a screwdriver with a hex head, you can quickly and easily turn the swingarm with the same number of clicks on each side to precisely align your wheel with the ideal chain tension.

With a flush, much cleaner, integrated rear axle that does not have a protruding 15mm nut and bolt that could potentially catch on ruts, dirt, or rocks and affect your riding and handling experience, we decided to take it up a notch from the traditional method of doing things.

– The chain adjustment is easy, just by clicking the chain adjuster. Simply use one hex wrench instead of two, as before.
– A flush rear axle nut lowers the chance of getting stuck in ruts.

A cutting-edge light skid plate with low-density foam for excellent impact absorption. The skid plate shields the powertrain and aids in the rider’s safety.

By absorbing the impact while the traditional frame maintains its stiffness, the impact absorption foam significantly lessens the impact on the rider’s ankles when casing a jump. By eliminating the need for a lower frame, the “floating” skid plate, which has a patent-pending, also allows for significant weight savings.
