Not all motorcycles on the market can compare to the performance of the Stark VARG with its 30% higher power than a traditional 450cc thermal motorcycle.
The Stark VARG offers you the lightest motocross frame on the market. Its low center of gravity and optimized weight distribution give you an agile, smooth, and lightweight ride.
The Stark VARG’s carbon fiber sleeve motor spins at a top speed of 14,200 rpm and produces a staggering 938 Nm of torque at the rear wheel.
To create the ideal bike for every rider and every track, Stark provides, along with the bike, a Stark Android phone that allows you to customize the bike by adjusting the power curve, engine braking, flywheel effect and traction control.
The Stark VARG’s 6 kWh battery allows you to ride for up to 6 hours on a simple trail or complete a full lap in MXGP mode, and to recharge it, 1 to 2 hours, depending on the socket and charger, is sufficient.
Depending on rider skill and track conditions, the Stark VARG 6kWh battery pack allows you to ride for up to 6 hours in a single tour or complete a full run in MXGP mode. However, depending on the charger and plug, a full charge can take between one and two hours. The cutting-edge “Flying V” concept connects each cell directly to the casing using a lightweight, patent-pending magnesium honeycomb casing. The bike’s cooling system is highly efficient and has a very high power-to-weight ratio. This means it’s the best option for motocross racing. Features: – A magnesium casing with an air-cooling system. – Patent-pending honeycomb structure. – Sliding mobile phone holders – Patent-pending pressure relief system. Since it’s waterproof, it’s IP69K. – The “Flying V” design, which gives you a very low center of gravity and incredibly agile handling. – The autonomy can complete a lap with the intensity of an MXGP or more than 6 hours of trail. It is comparable to a full tank of gas on a 450cc. – Depending on the charger and the plug, a full charge takes between 1 and 2 hours. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGhaZDUKzdI
The best motocross bikes currently on the market have been thoroughly tested and evaluated during development. Thanks to this methodology, we were able to design a chassis that offers the right amount of vertical, lateral, and torsional flex to ensure a predictable, stable, and comfortable riding experience. A low and optimized center of gravity is a key feature of the Stark VARG, and it is located very close to the rider’s leg position. The actual weight feels much lighter due to the proximity of the center of gravity.
The optimized weight distribution provides a sensation of lightness. The team was able to create the ultra-light tubular structure in chromoly steel thanks to the ideas and expertise of our engineers and designers, as well as contributions from renowned motorcycle designer Tony Foale. The Stark VARG features the lightest motocross frame — weighing in at under 6 kg — while maintaining top flex and strength characteristics.

Stark VARG: The lightest motocross frame.
The suspension of the Stark VARG was developed with 310 mm of travel for both the front and rear suspension, thanks to a collaboration with Kayaba and Technical Touch. The progression curve of the linkage is designed to increase traction while enhancing comfort and stability.
To provide a bike best suited to your weight and riding style, we offer 7 different stock suspension settings for riders within 5 kg weight increments. This means you can choose the suspension setup that best matches your size and riding preferences.
On a motocross track, the recommended suspension setting for your weight assumes you are an intermediate-level rider. If you ride aggressively or at high speed, choose one level stiffer. If you ride Enduro or Offroad, we recommend going one level softer. The rider also benefits from an incredible additional 60 mm of ground clearance thanks to the VARG’s unique linkage mounting system.
Features:
By eliminating components like the front radiator and exhaust system, the ergonomics of the Stark VARG can be refined to near perfection. You’ll benefit from optimal handling and control thanks to the way the bodywork has been designed and executed, allowing you to ride longer and more comfortably.
Our design philosophy is “Performance, Human Art.” The honest design, with clearly optimized engineering, represents the performance aspect. To define “muscle, tension, and flow,” the human art element aims to create a natural, muscular, and organic shape. We wanted the VARG to be both fast and visually striking. Key points:
You can enjoy a fully personalized ride experience through the Stark VARG APP. The “Stark VARG Phone” is a rugged, waterproof Android smartphone with a special display. When locked into place on the bike, it charges and communicates wirelessly, serving exclusively as the bike’s display. When unlocked at the press of a button, it becomes a fully functional smartphone.
With the Stark VARG APP, you can adjust traction control, engine braking, and the virtual flywheel effect. You can have five of over 100 custom riding modes active on your bike at once. By pressing a button on your handlebar, you can quickly switch between them. Choose your ride mode to mimic a 450cc 4-stroke, a 125cc 2-stroke, or virtually anything else.
Features:
All the above functions are available exclusively through our Premium Subscription Plan, while the Free Plan includes limited access to features like 24/7 internet connectivity, number of ride modes, settings, and navigation. New customers receive a one-month free trial of the premium plan, and all subscriptions include automatic real-time software updates. You can select or modify your plan directly in the Stark VARG App.
The CNC-machined 6082 T6 aluminum wheel hubs are extremely strong and lightweight. The spokes are made of the highest-quality steel. Aerodynamic 7050 T6 aluminum rims complete the package.
Features:
The front and rear discs from renowned brake manufacturer Galfer measure 260mm and 220mm paired with a Brembo hydraulic system. The RK MXU UW-ring Gold 520 chain offers the highest tensile strength available on the market. It is extremely strong, narrow, and lightweight. It is a frequently used option by teams participating in the MXGP and FIM Hard Enduro championships. The Moto3™ division of MotoGP™ uses the same sealing solution. The ring-type chain construction reduces friction by 5%, meaning the bike will go further and perform better. The optimized rubber rings eliminate friction against the plate and reduce chain vibrations.
For the highest wear resistance in the product range, the rear sprocket is machined from German 7075 T6 aluminum. To ensure comparable durability, the front sprocket is forged from hardened steel.
A 28.6mm diameter handlebar made of strong and lightweight aluminum. It comes with soft rubber grips to make it comfortable to hold.
The cost of the motorcycle includes the Stark VARG charger. It comes with a plug that fits a standard electrical outlet. We provide an adapter in some markets. It provides 3.3 kW of power and can fully charge the motorcycle battery in less than 2 hours.
The rear end and swingarm of the Stark VARG feature two impressive innovations. First, there’s an adjustable chain tensioner to ensure your bike’s chain stays in the correct position. Second, the swingarm includes an integrated system that clicks every 90 degrees, allowing you to easily make the same number of adjustments on both sides for balanced chain tension.
We’ve implemented a more advanced solution by using a cleaner and sleeker integrated rear axle. This eliminates the need for a protruding 15 mm bolt and nut, which could catch on ground grooves, dirt, or stones, potentially compromising your riding experience and handling.
A modern, lightweight, low-density foam skid plate designed for optimal shock absorption. This plate helps protect the rider while also acting as a shield for the powertrain.
During a jump, the foam absorbs impact and significantly reduces the stress on the rider’s ankles, whereas a traditional chassis remains rigid.
Since a lower mounting bracket is not required, the “floating” skid plate — with a patent pending — also greatly reduces weight.
The tires that won the MXGP World Championship are called Pirelli Scorpion MX32. They have a 110/90-19 at the rear and an 80/100-21 at the front.
The footpegs are made from a special steel that is 40% stronger than titanium or chromoly steel. This means the footpegs are lighter than current titanium footpegs on the market, while being 20% stronger than OEM footpegs. The design of the footpegs is a great example of how we are disrupting the industry and improving the riding experience.
